| This project involved the renovation of three dormitory buildings and one administrative building. The units within the three dormitory buildings were converted to a laboratory with functioning hotel guestrooms. The single story administration building was also renovated with new restrooms, office, lobby and fitness center. This “hotel” laboratory will be used for the Hospitality and Tourism Program at the University and will provide students with a hands-on learning experience in the hospitality industry. Notkin Hawaii Inc. provided mechanical engineering services that include plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning, and fire protection systems. |
